Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Customers are required to pay a Booking Deposit at time of advance booking to reserve a ski or skis, at the price of the base hourly rate for 1 hour of rental time for each ski reserved.
The Booking Deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the rental, and is not refundable if you don’t show up or cancel. If the weather prevents us from being able to provide you with a safe rental experience on the date of your rental, you can either choose a refund of your Booking Deposit, or reschedule for a different date/time.
Yes. Every jet ski rental of more than 1 hour requires a $250 Security Deposit per jet ski rented.
Rentals of 1 hour or less do not require a Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is returned/credited to the customer if/when the jet ski is returned undamaged. If a ski is damaged during a customer’s rental period, the customer is liable for those damages as noted in the rental waiver/agreement, and the Security Deposit will not be returned until Semedo’s Rentals is made whole for the damages.
