FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Customers are required to pay the full price of their Jet Ski Rental at time of advance booking to reserve a Ski or Skis. That payment will be credited toward the total cost of the rental, and is not refundable if you don’t show up or cancel. If the weather prevents us from being able to provide you with a safe rental experience on the date of your rental, you can either choose a refund of your payment, or reschedule for a different date/time.
Yes. Every Jet Ski rental requires a $500 Security Deposit per Jet Ski rented. The most common acceptable method for tender of the Security Deposit is authorizing Semedo’s Rentals to place a hold on your credit card in the amount of the Security Deposit, which is later released.
The Security Deposit will be returned/credited/released to the customer if/when the Jet Ski is returned undamaged. If a Jet Ski is damaged during a customer’s rental period, the customer is liable for those damages as noted in our Participant Agreement, Release, and Assumption of Risk, and our Jet Ski Rental Terms and Conditions, and the Security Deposit will not be returned until Semedo’s Rentals is made whole for the damages.
Semedo’s Rentals welcomes Jet Ski Operators of all skill levels, from beginner to
advanced experienced operators. Our Jet Ski Rental Packages include lessons for
beginners explaining operation and watersports safety of Jet Skis, before you head out
on the water.
