This may also include information related to fuel levels in a vehicle, information from an event data recorder, information related to the location of a vehicle or the location from which a vehicle was picked-up or returned. Please note that we do not knowingly share for cross-contextual marketing purposes or sell the Personal Information of individuals who are under 16 years old.

A Note About Privacy Rights and Loyalty Information: We may not be able to provide you with all of the benefits of our loyalty program if you choose to exercise your privacy rights. However, we will try to provide benefits that are unrelated to your privacy request. For example, if you request that we delete Personal Information that we have about you, we may not be able to identify your loyalty program activity or history and you may not receive the full scope of program benefits.

We may offer various financial incentives in relation to our products and services. COLORADO LOYALTY PROGRAM DISCLOSURE Under Colorado law, we are required to make certain disclosures about the Personal Information that we process in connection with our loyalty programs, including discount programs offered by our corporate partners.
